Are classes included in my membership?

Yes — group classes are a members’ perk. Day and month passes give you the floor but not the classes.

How do I book?

Classes are booked through our system (ClubWise) — you’ll get access when you join. In the meantime, call 01483 976478 and we’ll sort you out.

Where’s this week’s exact timetable?

The live timetable is posted each week on our Instagram and in the booking app. The board above shows the classes that run through a typical week.

Do I need to be experienced?

Not at all. Small groups mean the coach can keep an eye on everyone, whatever your level — and it’s strictly 21+, so it’s a grown-up room.
