Coach spotlight
Lorena runs the Booty, Legs & Core sessions — one of the most-booked classes on the board. Expect proper coaching, good energy and a room that actually turns up for each other.

Yes — group classes are a members’ perk. Day and month passes give you the floor but not the classes.
Classes are booked through our system (ClubWise) — you’ll get access when you join. In the meantime, call 01483 976478 and we’ll sort you out.
