Swole started as a clothing brand — Get Swole, Stay Swole — worn by the same lifters who kept saying the same thing: the UK didn’t have a gym worth the name. Crowded floors. Missing kit. No one paying attention to actual health.

So in July 2024, founder Max London built the answer. Membership is capped, because “never crowded” shouldn’t be a slogan. The kit is the sort people fly to America to train on. And there’s a private GP on site, because people who train this hard deserve blood work, not guesswork.

It’s a members’ club, strictly for over-21s, on a farm just off the A3 — and it’s run like somewhere that’s glad you came.
