Swole started as a clothing brand — Get Swole, Stay Swole — worn by the same lifters who kept saying the same thing: the UK didn’t have a gym worth the name. Crowded floors. Missing kit. No one paying attention to actual health.

So in July 2024, founder Max London built the answer. Membership is capped, because a workable floor shouldn’t be a slogan. The kit is plate-loaded Prime and MYO Strength — the sort most UK gyms don’t buy. And there’s a private GP on site, because anyone training regularly deserves blood work, not guesswork.

It’s a members’ club, strictly for over-21s, on a farm just off the A3 — and it’s run like somewhere that’s glad you came.
